This is an ongoing subscription that will charge you on a monthly basis. This package is designed for people who plan to utilize all of our products and services for longer than 4 sessions. You will receive the same services as our Jump Start package listed below.

4 scheduled LIVE sessions (per payment period) designed to jump into action, lose a few extra pounds, and boost overall better health.

Initial set-up and introduction to The Body Lab system.
Access to the Body Lab Membership website to track personal data, progress, and refer to your personal coach reports
Connection to The Body Lab’s exclusive community
Monitoring of DAILY ACTIONS to determine needed adjustments to optimize progress
Weekly Check-ins
LIVE coaching sessions to review your personal goals, go through teaching series, answer any questions, and overcome any challenges

By selecting the subscription option, you are authorizing The Body Lab to charge your credit card for a total of $189.99 every month. You also agree that it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription once your coaching package is paid in full. In other words, your subscription will be ongoing and continue indefinitely until you cancel your subscription from your personal manage subscription page and/or call us directly. You must cancel 7 days prior to the due date of your payment or we will not be able to issue a refund.

Please Note: If you cancel within the first 4 weeks, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
